Are you a carrier or a broker?
We are an asset-based motor carrier. We hold active for-hire interstate
authority under USDOT 3946117 / MC-1467044 and haul the freight on our own equipment with
our own driver. We do not broker or re-broker loads.
What kind of freight do you take?
General commodities in dry van equipment — palletized goods, packaged
products, building and industrial materials. We do not haul hazardous materials or
household goods. If you are unsure whether your commodity fits, call and ask; we will
give you a straight answer rather than accepting a load we should not.
How fast can you cover a load?
On regional Midwest lanes we can frequently pick up same-day or
next-morning. For longer OTR runs, give us the pickup window and we will tell you
honestly whether we can make it — we would rather turn a load down than fail it.
Can you send a carrier packet and certificate of insurance?
Yes. W-9, operating authority, certificate of insurance and a signed
carrier agreement go out on request, normally the same business day. Send your onboarding
documents to
owner@sultantrucking.com.
What are your payment terms?
Standard broker terms on receipt of a clean invoice packet, with
quick-pay accepted where offered. Our documents go out the day of delivery, so billing
disputes are rare.
How do we verify your authority?
Look up USDOT 3946117 on the FMCSA SAFER system, or MC-1467044 in the
FMCSA Licensing & Insurance database. Both show our operating status, authority type and
insurance filings directly from the federal record.
